Woodwork painting: In addition to interior walls, we also paint interior doorframes and window casings. In these instances, we sand the surfaces to give them a light scuff, and then usually add a prime coat. The primer helps the paint adhere to glossy woodwork finishes, which are otherwise quite paint-resistant (especially oil-based finishes). We then apply enough paint to achieve full color coverage.
Cabinet refinishing: While we don't fully strip and refinish cabinets, we do, for lack of a better term, "freshen them up" by adding stain or varnish to areas that are cracking or chipping. We also custom match the original stain colors for consistency.
Pressure washing: In addition to our painting and finishing services, we'll also pressure wash houses, decks, and concrete areas such as driveways and walkways to clean off moss, dirt, and grime.
Staining: Homeowners with new fences or decks can hire AZH Painting to stain or seal the wood surfaces.
